Today's problem statement is: Death Sentence
The world’s first cloned mammal, a female sheep named Dolly, was born in 1996.
She was cloned from an adult mammary cell obtained from a six year old female sheep.
This genetic material replaced the DNA from a female egg cell obtained from another sheep. The treated cells were then implanted into the uterus of Dolly’s surrogate mother.
However, at the age of six, Dolly was dead.
While Dolly was put down after developing a progressive lung disease, the investigation into the cause of death pointed to intrinsic factors...
Dolly had lived for only half the life span of a typical sheep…
Prepare a report documenting the molecular mechanisms that resulted in the premature death.

She was successfully clone and was borned in 5 july 1996...1999, The scientist found out that her telomeres were slightly shorter than expected...So her DNA was older than her body...2001 & 2002, She developed arthritis than lung disease...2003, so the scientist decided to put her down on 14 feb 2003...so sad...
anyway, no one can clone themselves cos of the mechanism of our amazing body....
